Goals

The Swiss-California Foundation is a private, non-profit organization working to realize and foster a fellowship program in Northern California. The Fellowship Program has three goals:

• To bridge knowledge and experience gaps between Switzerland and California
• To exchange professional skills and leadership between Switzerland and California
• To create an understanding in Switzerland of California's politics and business culture through the personal experience of a Swiss Fellow.
